Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Belfast
Location: First Floor, 14 Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7BA
Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period
Salary: £27,500 - £39,500 (dependent on recruitment experience) + Uncapped Commission

Key responsibilities:
- Developing new business and growing client accounts
- Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
