The Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team. This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and recruiting skilled professionals for our customers.

Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a sales, customer-facing or business development background, we are looking for individuals with the motivation, resilience and commercial mindset to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
  • Source, engage and interview candidates for open vacancies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong networks within your specialist market.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to build a successful career.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, proactive and commercially minded.
  • Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
