Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join The Talent Set as a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialist desk focusing on interim and day rate roles. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, delivering quality recruitment solutions, and driving the commercial performance of your desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor within your market.
- Grow key accounts and generate new business, consistently building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify and convert leads into placements, securing exclusive and repeat business.
- Maximise commercial opportunities through cross-selling, effective negotiation and proactive business development.
- Deliver an outstanding service to both clients and candidates, providing expert advice and managing expectations throughout.
- Manage client briefs efficiently, meeting targets while maintaining high standards across systems and processes.

Person Specification
- Recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering against commercial targets.
- Demonstrable business development experience, including generating leads, converting opportunities and building a consistent pipeline.
- Experience managing multiple live vacancies and priorities, working at pace while maintaining a high level of service.
- Strong candidate management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Team player with a drive to succeed.
What’s on Offer
- £28,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience with realistic OTE of £40,000 in your first year
- Hybrid - Flexible office days in London (ideally 2 days per week) however fully remote will be considered.
