We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultants at Coltech!
Could you be the next great addition to our team?
We’re looking for ambitious, driven people to join Coltech as Recruitment Consultants. You don't necessarily need previous recruitment experience. We have a proven track record of taking people with zero experience and developing them into top-performing consultants and even team leaders within 12–18 months.
You'll join a fast-growing technology staffing business, working in a high-performance environment where your progression is driven by your ambition, resilience, and results.

This role will be office-based 5 days per week.
