Recruitment Consultant Opportunity in Bristol
We're working with a growing specialist recruitment business in Bristol, specialising in embedded software, electronics and mechanical engineering across sectors including aerospace, defence, automotive and medical technology.
They're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
What's on offer?
- £26K–£32K basic salary - £45K–£50K OTE year 1
- Uncapped commission with NO threshold
- 15% commission on first £100K billed
- 17.5% on second £100K, increasing by 2.5% for every additional £100K
- Clear progression to Senior & Principal
- Direct training from the founders
- Team incentives including lunches and trips away
- Brand-new Bristol city-centre office

A genuine 360 recruitment position, covering:
- New business development and cold calling
- Candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Managing client relationships
