TechYard is a specialist data, AI, cloud, infrastructure, and ServiceNow recruitment agency, working with clients across permanent and contract hiring. We're growing our team and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full desk — from winning new business through to closing placements.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of recruitment experience looking for their next step, or someone earlier in their career with the drive and commercial instinct to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Role

  • Build and grow client relationships, generating new business opportunities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and close
  • Source and engage candidates across data, AI, cloud, infrastructure, and ServiceNow markets
  • Build a strong personal pipeline and manage it proactively

  • 0-5 years' experience, ideally with some recruitment or sales background
  • Resilient, driven, and comfortable working to target
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
