Recruitment Consultant - General Engineering
Location: Milton Keynes

About You!
We're looking for someone with a passion for building relationships, identifying top talent, and developing successful client partnerships to join our growing General Engineering team in our Milton Keynes office.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage your own desk within a thriving market, giving you the autonomy to develop new business opportunities while also leveraging and growing existing client relationships. You'll be responsible for sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with engineering professionals and client companies across your specialist market.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of engineering opportunities.
- Support existing client accounts whilst developing the confidence to win and grow new business opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insight and guidance to both candidates and clients.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets through proactive candidate generation, business development, and account management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer service.

- Previous recruitment experience
- Understanding of the lead generation process
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in business development and candidate engagement
