Recruitment Advisor
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 1–2 days per week in the office
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent

Overview
Our client, a professional qualification and membership organisation, is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to develop and deliver effective attraction and selection campaigns across a range of vacancies.
You will work closely with hiring managers to attract diverse, high-calibre candidates, improve recruitment processes and support effective selection. The role includes recruitment campaign management, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking system management, agency relationships and selection support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage effective recruitment campaigns with hiring managers.
- Research sourcing channels for hard-to-fill roles, using available data to inform activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase candidate diversity and support internal progression.
- Help manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
- Manage recruitment agency relationships and negotiate cost-effective rates and terms.
- Design effective, best-practice selection processes with hiring managers.
- Review interview questions, develop appropriate selection methods and support application sifting and selection panels.
- Maintain a positive employer brand and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.

Requirements
- Recruitment experience, including designing appropriate attraction and selection campaigns.
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
