We’re growing — and we’re looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing, successful team within the white‑collar construction freelance market out of our Birmingham office.

About you
- A successful recruitment consultant, ideally within construction or a related white‑collar market
- Strong billing history
- Confident building long‑term client and candidate relationships
- Self‑motivated, commercial and comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team
- Hunger to succeed
