As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you'll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Scotland.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing relationships with law firms and legal employers
  • Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying legal professionals
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Business development, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within the legal sector
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets
