About Network Talent
Network Talent partners with some of the most exciting and fast-growing brands across the technology sector, helping them build high-performing B2B sales teams across the UK, US and Europe.
We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and kick-start a career in recruitment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is motivated by people, sales, relationships and progression. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, identifying exceptional candidates, engaging with sales professionals and helping our clients build high-performing teams.
You’ll receive structured recruitment training, ongoing coaching and hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, with a clear pathway to progress into a fully-fledged 360 recruitment role.
Alongside your core recruitment responsibilities, you’ll also gain exposure to the wider commercial and operational side of the business, giving you a well-rounded foundation for a successful career in recruitment.
The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional attendance at our Surrey office required.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping us identify and attract top sales talent for some of the most exciting technology businesses in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Source and identify top software sales candidates using LinkedIn, our CRM database, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, to identify relevant sales talent.
- Engage with sales candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Write and publish compelling job adverts designed to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment activity organised.
- Build targeted candidate lists for the sales team and support new business opportunities.
- Help grow the Network Talent brand across social media and other channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within our CRM.
- Assist the sales team with CRM and database administration.
- Support the wider business with invoices, customer presentations and emails.
- Help maintain and update the Network Talent website.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks across the business.
What We're Looking For
You don’t need previous recruitment experience, we’re looking for potential, ambition and the right attitude.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Highly organised, proactive and keen to learn.
- Coachable and motivated by continuous development.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Detail-oriented, with strong spelling and grammar.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Interested in sales, recruitment, technology and building long-term professional relationships.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Able to commute to our Walton-on-Thames office.
