Recruitment Consultant - Education & Healthcare
Panoramic Associates | Bristol
£26,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-time | Permanent
Panoramic Associates is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Education & Healthcare recruitment team in Bristol as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment while working within specialist markets that support organisations across the education and healthcare sectors.
Whether you're a recent graduate or have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, estate agency, sport, or another target-driven environment, we're looking for people with the motivation, resilience, and communication skills to succeed.
No previous recruitment experience is required. Our award-winning six-month training programme will give you the skills, knowledge, and support to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building your own specialist market. Your role will include:
- Developing new business and building relationships with organisations across the education and healthcare sectors
- Speaking with decision-makers and identifying new recruitment opportunities
- Making outbound calls and generating new business
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing specialist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Developing knowledge and expertise within your specialist market
- Working towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For
