About Franklin Fitch – Recruitment Consultant
Franklin Fitch is a global infrastructure recruitment specialist, working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, Networking, and GTM by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both contract and permanent roles.
We have built out 4 offices since our inception in 2011; London, Cardiff, Frankfurt, and Austin, TX. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us as we head into our third consecutive record-breaking month.

- Base salary of £27.5k - £32.5k
- Earning potential in year one of £45k year two of £70k, and year three of £100k

What would your responsibilities be at Franklin Fitch as a Recruitment Consultant?
- Generating new business through research and business development
- Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn
- Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
- Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
- Make placements and collect the commission!

What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Recruitment Consultant?
- Experience working in a client facing role - sales, project management, etc.
- Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
- Passionate about building a long-term career
- Naturally competitive and driven
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
