Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the role
This is an opportunity to join a growing professional services team and work alongside an established, high-performing consultant. You will be building and managing your own client relationships, placing professionals across the UK and working with our global teams where possible to build out global client relationships.

You will have the support of a structured team, access to a 60,000+ candidate database, and the backing of Epitome, our AI-powered assessment tool, which is built into every placement we make. This differentiates us clearly from traditional recruiters and opens doors with clients who are increasingly frustrated with CV-only hiring.
This is a full 360 role. You will be expected to develop new client relationships as well as manage and grow existing ones, running end-to-end recruitment processes from brief to placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing a portfolio of professional services clients across legal, accountancy, consultancy and financial services firms
- Running end-to-end recruitment processes for our corporate clients
- Sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre candidates using our database, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Presenting candidates with their Epitome assessment profile, giving clients a verified picture of each individual beyond the CV
- Developing new business through proactive outreach, referrals and market knowledge
- Working closely with a senior consultant to share clients, candidates and best practice
- Maintaining accurate records and activity in our CRM and reporting against agreed KPIs

What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 12 months recruitment agency experience, with a preference for those with professional services sector exposure
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- A commercially minded, self-starting approach with the drive to build your own desk
- Excellent communication, resilience and the ability to manage multiple processes at once
- A genuine interest in a different approach to recruitment, using insight and data rather than volume
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you are trusted to manage your own workload
