Recruitment Consultant - Forensic Accounting
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in our Fitzrovia office)
Employment type: Permanent
Warner Scott Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting across all disciplines including Corporate Finance & Transaction Services, Restructuring, Forensic Accounting & Technology and Management Consultancy. We are preferred suppliers to many of the world’s most prestigious consulting firms, and in many cases have exclusive and retained relationships with our clients. We recruit from newly qualified accountants up to Partners and our client & candidate base is truly global. Locations we recruit into include the UK, US, Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait) and Asia (Hong Kong, Shanghai & Beijing).
The Opportunity
Our Forensic Accounting & Business Valuation practice is one of the fastest growing areas of the business, driven by increasing demand from leading accounting firms, advisory practices, and boutique consultancies across the US. This is an opportunity to build a specialist market, work directly with Managing Directors, Partners, and firm leaders, and become a recognised expert in one of the most niche and intellectually interesting areas of executive search.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with senior accounting and advisory professionals across the US.
- Managing recruitment processes from initial conversation through to offer and placement.
- Winning new clients and developing existing relationships.
- Learning specialist markets and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Creating content that builds your personal brand and credibility.
- Traveling to meet clients and candidates where opportunities arise.
- Working closely with the leadership team to help grow the business.

What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within finance, accounting, professional services, or executive search.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in building long term client and candidate relationships.
- Confident communicating with senior professionals, including Directors, Managing Directors, Partners, and C Suite executives.
- A natural communicator who can build trust quickly and develop meaningful conversations.
- Curious, driven, and motivated to become a recognised specialist within your market.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance driven environment where no two days are the same.
