About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity. The role could evolve into a Team Leader/Manager position with a London office being opened and a team built around you. Alternatively, you could remain a remote biller; the choice is yours. You will need to work a commutable distance from London as there will be occasional team/client meetings.
They are a close-knit, growing business with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. This company looks after their people and fosters a positive and supportive working environment.
This is a chance to grow a business within a business and could suit someone who had thought about starting up by themselves but still wanted to be part of a team. Mitigate the risk by getting the support network and basic wage you need whilst still having the freedom you want.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
