The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert within the Digital Health and AI space, building relationships with some of the most exciting companies in the industry. Your role will involve:
- Building relationships with innovative start-ups, scale-ups, and pharmaceutical technology businesses
- Meeting clients face-to-face and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
- Identifying and engaging exceptional candidates within niche markets
- Developing your own network and becoming a market expert
- Working closely with founders and leaders who are shaping the future of healthcare
- Representing SciPro through client meetings, networking events, podcasts, and industry activities
