Anchor Conzult is growing, and we’re looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join us as we enter an exciting new phase of our journey.
We’re an independent boutique recruitment consultancy founded in 1997. As we approach our 30th anniversary, we’re building for our next chapter - expanding our specialist markets, developing new client relationships and creating opportunities for ambitious recruiters to grow alongside the business.
We’re looking for people who want more than simply another recruitment role.
We want level raisers.
Recruiters who are commercially ambitious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to take ownership of a market while contributing to the growth of a scaling boutique consultancy.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Anchor Conzult, you’ll have ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - developing new business, building your market, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality candidates.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing your own specialist market
- Identifying and winning new clients and recruitment opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Developing and managing a strong business development pipeline
- Sourcing and engaging specialist candidates
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Managing interviews, offers and negotiations
- Growing existing client accounts and identifying further opportunities
- Developing strong market knowledge and becoming a trusted specialist within your space
- Collaborating with the wider team and contributing to our continued growth

Who We're Looking For
You’ll already have experience working within a 360 recruitment environment and be comfortable with both the business development and delivery sides of recruitment.
We’re particularly interested in recruiters covering:
- Fintech & Payments
- Data, AI & Cloud
- Trading & Quant
We're also open to speaking with strong 360 recruiters from adjacent specialist markets who believe they could build something with us.
You'll ideally be:
- Commercially minded and confident with business development
- Proactive in creating opportunities rather than waiting for roles
- Comfortable owning and developing a recruitment desk
- Strong at building relationships with both clients and candidates
- Ambitious, energetic and resilient
- Curious and willing to continuously develop your market knowledge
- Collaborative and willing to contribute beyond your individual desk
- Comfortable working within a growing, entrepreneurial environment
