This full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role is based in West Drayton head office. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements across retail. The role involves understanding the business staffing needs, advising on recruitment strategies, and maintaining long-term relationships that support business growth. The Recruitment Consultant will develop talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with internal teams, and representing Team Spirits’ values of service, professionalism, and care.

Qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Ability to conduct structured interviewing, assess candidate suitability, and provide clear feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
  • Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably in customer-facing or service-oriented sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple roles at once.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethics.
