Recruitment Consultant (IT)
Location: Aldgate, London (Hybrid: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office)
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 + Commission

We're working with a growing IT recruitment business that is looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team. Full training and support will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn the recruitment industry from experienced professionals while building a rewarding and lucrative career.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Identifying and engaging high-quality IT talent
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing candidate and client communications
- Working towards sales and activity targets
- Learning recruitment, business development, and account management skills from experienced consultants
- Becoming a trusted partner to both candidates and clients
What We're Looking For:
- Some exposure to sales, telesales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
- Ambition to build a successful career and maximise earnings
- Confidence speaking with people and building rapport
- A genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector
