Recruitment Consultant (IT)

Location: Aldgate, London (Hybrid: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office)
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 + Commission

We're working with a growing IT recruitment business that is looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team. Full training and support will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn the recruitment industry from experienced professionals while building a rewarding and lucrative career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Identifying and engaging high-quality IT talent
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Managing candidate and client communications
  • Working towards sales and activity targets
  • Learning recruitment, business development, and account management skills from experienced consultants
  • Becoming a trusted partner to both candidates and clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Some exposure to sales, telesales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
  • Ambition to build a successful career and maximise earnings
  • Confidence speaking with people and building rapport
  • A genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector
