Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates with our client companies. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and an understanding of the recruitment process.
About the Role
This role involves engaging with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Candidate Placement
- Match candidates with suitable job openings and present them to clients.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, job offers, and negotiations.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Performance Metrics
- Weekly KPI targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
