Here at Xpertis Talent, we are searching for driven individuals to join our Reading office as an experienced Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we have ambitious growth plans and want you to be part of something HUGE!
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will enjoy on-going support and training throughout your Xpertis career to equip you with everything you need to know to become a specialist within your vertical market in addition to understanding the best recruitment strategies.
Each one of our consultants receives clear and transparent career progression with structured Next Step Targets (NSTs) leading all the way to Director level with shareholder options. We invest in the latest technology and resources, empowering you to become the next top biller in the industry and maximising your success.

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Have at least 6 months recruitment experience
- Track record of success and desire to excel
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends
- Maintain a keen interest in Business Development
- Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
- Market job adverts and enhance your personal brand in your specialist industry
- Master the art of selling and negotiating business terms
- Collaborate with your team and grow together by identifying areas for learning and development
