🚀 Graduate / Entry Level / Experienced Recruiters Welcome

The Opportunity:

Established Search is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious people to join our Digital Health team (as well as the wider team)

You might already be working in recruitment and looking for a stronger market and better progression.

We’re equally interested in speaking with graduates and people coming from sales, estate agency, customer service, hospitality, account management or other commercial backgrounds.

What matters most to us is your attitude.

We want people who are ambitious, competitive, confident, resilient and genuinely motivated by building a successful career.

What will you be recruiting into?

You’ll specialise in Digital Health & Healthcare AI, working with innovative healthcare technology companies across the US and Europe.

Think:

🤖 Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
🏥 Digital Health & Healthcare Technology
💻 Software & Engineering
📱 HealthTech platforms and applications
📊 Data & Analytics
🩺 Clinical Technology
🚀 High-growth and VC/PE-backed businesses

You’ll gradually become a genuine specialist in your market, building relationships with senior candidates, founders, executives and hiring leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What will you actually be doing?

This is a 360 recruitment role, so you'll learn how to manage the entire recruitment process.

That includes:

💰 Financially motivated
🗣️ Confident speaking to new people
🧠 Curious and able to learn a technical market

We're particularly interested in people coming from recruitment, sales, estate agency, customer service, hospitality or graduate backgrounds, but we're open-minded.

If you have the right personality and work ethic, we'd rather speak to you than reject you because your CV doesn't look like a traditional recruitment CV.

We want people who want recruitment to become a career, not just their next job. There is a clear path from entry-level Consultant through to Senior, Principal and leadership opportunities, with progression based on your performance and development.

For experienced recruiters, we're also happy to discuss where you could enter depending on your existing track record.

Interested?

If you're already in recruitment, we'd love to hear what you're looking for next.

If you've never worked in recruitment before but think you'd be good at it, we want to hear from you too.
