Our London team is growing, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who are commercially driven, ambitious and ready to take ownership of their desk, build strong client relationships and progress their career.
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your specialist market, managing candidate and client relationships while driving your own revenue and pipeline.
- Work across the full recruitment lifecycle, from headhunting and engaging talent through to developing clients, winning business, negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Have the support of experienced leaders, structured training and ongoing coaching, alongside the tools and infrastructure of a growing global business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage your own recruitment desk and specialist market
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Source and headhunt high-quality talent
- Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Generate new business through business development and networking
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Build a strong network within your specialist market
- Develop market expertise and become a trusted recruitment partner
- Manage your pipeline and consistently work towards targets
- Negotiate offers and confidently close opportunities
- Maintain accurate activity across the CRM/ATS
- Contribute to the wider team's success through collaboration and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a mid-to-senior level Recruitment Consultant with proven agency recruitment experience and the ambition to progress.
You should be:
- Commercially minded and motivated by results
- Confident with business development and client conversations
- Experienced managing your own desk and pipeline
- Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Competitive and driven to exceed targets
- A strong communicator, negotiator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Coachable and committed to continuous development
- Motivated by career progression and uncapped earning potential
- Able to work from our London office five days per week

Technology recruitment experience is advantageous, but we're open to candidates from a range of specialist recruitment backgrounds who can demonstrate strong commercial ability and consistent performance.
