Recruitment Consultant – USA Construction Market
Location: London | Opportunities for US travel, secondment and potential relocation
Blayze Group is an established international recruitment and leadership consultancy. Due to continued growth within our US construction recruitment team, we are looking for an ambitious consultant to help drive our next stage of growth.
Based in central London, you will recruit across Texas and the Southern States, specialising in one of the single-family, multifamily, commercial or infrastructure construction sectors. With an established client base and strong foundations in the market, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, win new business and make an impact from day one.

What we’re looking for

- At least two years’ recruitment experience, ideally within construction or real estate.
- Experience of the US market would be an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to develop new business.
- A professional, driven and proactive approach, with pride in delivering quality results for clients and candidates.
- Confidence using recruitment technology and an understanding of how AI can support research, candidate sourcing and productivity.
- Ambition to take ownership of your desk and develop your career.
