Trainee Recruitment Consultant - AI & Emerging Technology

September 2026 Academy

Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire

£25,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

The Role

Our structured 8-week Academy is designed to take you from trainee to specialist Recruitment Consultant. You'll receive hands-on training, coaching and mentorship while learning every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting candidates to business development, client management, negotiation and successfully placing talent.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy building relationships, thrive in competitive environments and want to develop a long-term career where progression and earnings are based on performance. A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) is desirable, along with excellent communication skills, resilience, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in technology and AI.

Work Location

This role is based in our Bishop's Stortford office, and you'll work on-site five days per week throughout the Academy to maximise your learning and development.

Assessment Centres for our September 2026 Academy will take place early September, with successful candidates starting on Monday 14th September 2026.
