Senior Recruitment Consultant – Global Life Sciences
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission (25% on all billings)

What you'll be doing
- 360 Life Science Recruitment
- Building and developing your own life sciences desk across the UK, Europe, and the US. Choosing your own vertical(s) to specialise in.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within your specialist market(s).
- Working with the support of an experienced resourcer when required, allowing you to focus on billing and business development.
What they're looking for
- Previous 360 life science recruitment consultant experience
- A proven track record of billing within life sciences recruitment.
- Strong experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- The motivation to build and grow your own market without needing constant direction.
