Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage top talent for industry-leading clients
- Specialise in a core market, delivering high-quality search solutions for senior and niche roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Drive business development by attracting new clients and managing existing accounts
- Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, working with autonomy and accountability
