Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Earn £50k in Year 1

Kickstart your recruitment career today and learn directly from top-performing consultants billing over £850k annually!

This is a great opportunity for ambitious individuals who thrive off forming long-lasting relationships, are competitive and are money-motivated. Realistically you will earn up to £50k in your first year.

You will be joining a high-performing FinTech recruitment agency with offices in both the UK and the US, offering the chance to relocate to their Miami office after just a couple of years! With full training and hands-on mentorship from experienced senior consultants, you will be up and running in just six weeks.

By working in the US market, you'll benefit from average fee sizes of up to £80k, which means bigger billings, more commission and HUGE earning potential!

About The Role:

You will be head-hunting top-tier talent for your clients

  • Attend in-person meetings to form relationships with your clients, and understand their hiring needs
  • Outreaching new companies, and negotiating terms of business
  • Researching and mapping the market, identifying good candidates
  • Reaching out and connecting with prospective candidates
  • Selling the role that you are working on, and persuading talent to work with you
  • Scheduling and providing interview prep
  • Negotiating salaries and closing deals!!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree from a top university
  • Ability to form relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborative and mature worker
  • Commercial experience is ideal
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to put the effort in to see rewards
  • Driven by progression, and the desire for self-improvement
  • Having a competitive side is key!
