🚀 US Desk Recruitment Consultant (Embedded/RPO) - Manchester
Junior/Trainee → Recruitment Consultant | Manchester (Leeds welcome too)
💰 Salary - £28,000–£32,000 + commission
🎯 Realistic OTE - £2k/month minimum
📍 Base - Manchester (Leeds considered)
🏠 Hybrid - 1 day WFH/week

The Business
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling Embedded/RPO recruitment firm looking to bring on 5-6 Recruitment Consultants for their expanding Manchester or Leeds teams. This isn't your standard agency desk - you'll work exclusively into the US market as part of an embedded team sitting directly inside client businesses.

Rather than juggling a wide portfolio of one-off agency roles, you become part of (or a dedicated extension of) a client's internal talent function - owning their live roles, building deep stakeholder relationships, and operating as a trusted insider rather than an outside vendor. It's a fast track to sharp, consultative, client-facing skills.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Full 360°/delivery-focused recruitment into US roles (6+ months' experience needed)
- Partnering directly with client stakeholders - embedded, not third-party
- Working core hours of 10:30am–7pm to match US time zones (flexible start/lunch; most people log back on in the evening)
- Progressing from embedded account work toward a full 360 consultant role as you develop
