Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Earning Potential
Location: Didsbury, Office-based, 5 days per week
Earnings: Competitive basic + uncapped commission
About the Role
We’re a specialist recruitment business recognised as a market leader in our niche. We’ve built our reputation by knowing our market inside out, building strong relationships, and developing ambitious people who want to perform at a high level.
We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to specifically focus on the permanent side of the business, working with both clients and candidates to build relationships, develop opportunities, and make successful permanent placements.
Our team is made up of high-performing recruiters and proven billers, creating an environment where you’ll be surrounded by people who know what it takes to succeed.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, build a highly successful recruitment career, and genuinely change what you can earn.
Who we’re looking for
We’re less interested in how much recruitment experience you have and more interested in your attitude, ambition, and potential.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Ambitious and motivated – you want to achieve more, develop your career, and increase your earning potential.
- Driven – you set high standards for yourself and enjoy working towards meaningful goals.
- KPI-focused – you understand that consistent activity creates results and are comfortable working towards clear, measurable targets.
- Confident – you’re comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to new people, and building genuine relationships.
- Resilient – recruitment comes with setbacks, but you can handle them, learn from them, and keep moving forward.
- Proactive – you take ownership, use your initiative, and look for opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Eager to learn – you welcome feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Competitive – you enjoy achieving results and being surrounded by other ambitious, high-performing people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We believe great recruiters are built through conversations, relationships, consistent activity, and learning from the people around them. That’s why our team works together in the office five days a week.
