Recruitment Consultant – GAP Talent
Location: Guildford (Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office per week)

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide strategic advice and insights to clients.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.

About You
We’re looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm, determination, and professionalism to the table. You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client relationship management (preferred but not essential).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
