The Role
We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual with a clear track record of ambition and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment. You’ll ideally be someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience across any sector, with a preference for finance recruitment.
- Is ambitious and motivated, driven by progression, development, and achieving your goals.
- Is keen to learn, proactive, open to feedback, and excited to develop quickly.
- Is confident and people-focused, able to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent service.
- Is commercially minded, motivated by earning potential and building long-term client relationships.
