Recruitment Consultant - Business Support Temps
- 📍 Location: Southend-on-Sea
- 🗺️ Desk Coverage: Romford & Ilford
- 🚗 Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred
- 🏡 Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction
- 💰 Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
- 🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 📄 Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Join our successful Business Support team, recruiting temporary office professionals including Administrators, Receptionists, Customer Service Advisors, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, and Office Managers.
This is a 360 recruitment role combining business development, account management, candidate attraction, and relationship building. With existing clients and candidate networks already in place, you'll have a fantastic platform to grow a highly successful desk.

- 💰 Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Bonus Earning Potential
- 🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 📄 Contract: Full Time, Permanent
