Recruitment Consultant - Trillion (SAP Recruitment)
Location: Shoreditch
About Trillion
Trillion is the SAP-focused recruitment division within QXi. In two years, the team has grown to 7 heads and generated £2m in NFI, working with clients across the SAP ecosystem on a global basis. We're not a standard contingency shop. Trillion offers a solution-based service, meaning we work as an extension of our clients' teams to solve SAP resourcing challenges, rather than just filling vacancies as they come up.
The role
We're looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants to join the Trillion team and help grow our SAP client base. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to managing offers and closing placements, while building relationships with clients who rely on us to fill specialist SAP roles. This is a 360 role, so you'll be expected to bring in new business as well as service existing accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
