Recruitment Consultant – Driving, Industrial or Office & Professional
Birmingham City Centre / Hagley Road | Office Based
£28,000–£32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
We're growing our Birmingham team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office.
We're open to candidates with experience in any one of the following areas:
- 🚛 Driving Recruitment
- 🏭 Industrial / Warehouse Recruitment
- 💼 Office & Professional Recruitment
You don't need experience across all three — we're looking for someone with a strong background in one of these specialist temporary recruitment markets.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of an established temporary recruitment desk, working with existing clients and developing new business across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
Depending on your area of expertise, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships.
- Working with established and contract clients.
- Winning new business through proactive sales and cold calling.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary candidates.
- Managing day-to-day client and candidate requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Developing new client relationships across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
