360 Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences
(At least 12 months 360 Recruitment experience required)
Looking for a recruitment role with genuine earning potential? Join our high-performing Birmingham team as we relocate to a brand-new office featuring a rooftop bar and a bartender every Friday. Reporting to a manager who has already billed over £300,000 this year, you'll have the opportunity to learn from a proven top performer while building your own successful career in the Life Sciences market.
The Role
- Identify and engage specialist, high-quality candidates for vacancies across a range of Life Sciences markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level professionals.
- Take ownership of the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to placement.
- Drive growth by developing partnerships with innovative and emerging niche businesses.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment or at least 12 months in a proactive sales role.
- The confidence and adaptability to succeed within a highly specialized, high-calibre industry.
- A motivated, target-focused mindset with natural resilience.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent numerical ability and confidence working with figures.
