What You'll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the complete recruitment process, including:

  • Developing and growing your client base across the Sussex region
  • Building long-term relationships with businesses and hiring managers
  • Generating new business opportunities through networking, sales activity, and market mapping
  • Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing high-quality candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
  • Using job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, referrals, and headhunting techniques to identify top talent
  • Visiting clients to understand their recruitment needs and strengthen partnerships
  • Collaborating with experienced colleagues to drive branch performance and achieve team success

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from recruiters with experience in any sector, as well as individuals with a background in sales, customer service, business development, or other target-driven environments.
