Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Middlesbrough Education Business Support
Location: 2nd Floor, 6 Linthorpe Rd, Boho Ct, Middlesbrough TS1 1RE (Hybrid Working available after induction with 2 days working from home)
Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
The Role
Reed Middlesbrough is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Business Support division, managing an established and successful desk across the North East.
You'll recruit for a variety of non-teaching roles within schools, colleges, universities, and other education settings, including administrators, finance assistants, receptionists, caretakers, and support staff.

Growing Your Client Base
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions and exceptional service
Finding and Engaging Talent
- Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
- Building talent pools and maintaining candidate relationships
