Duties

  • Developing new business client relationships via different methods such as cold calling, booking calls, and sending prospective candidates
  • Entering job applicants CV’s and contact details as well as clients' into our company database for future reference
  • Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
  • Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
  • Achieving sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
  • Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process; from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage and after care
  • Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
  • Producing and posting LinkedIn content to help establish you ARTO’s and your own personal brand

Requirements

Recent Degree and/OR Sales Experience desirable
