Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division
Nottingham (NG7)
Up to £36,000 basic - plus commission scheme paying up to 50%
An exciting opportunity to join a highly established and growing recruitment business within their successful construction division.
This opportunity would suit someone with around 1–2 years’ experience working in a full 360 recruitment role who is looking for the chance to take ownership of a warm desk, build relationships, and significantly increase their earnings within a supportive but ambitious environment.
Whilst recruiters from all sectors will be considered, those from construction or industrial recruitment backgrounds will be especially well suited due to the similarity of roles and pace of the market.
Based from a modern and impressive Nottingham office complete with games room, free parking and a sociable team environment, this is a fantastic chance to join a business with serious growth plans and genuine opportunities to progress.

The role:
- Managing and developing a warm recruitment desk
- Building strong relationships with both existing and new clients
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Generating new business opportunities and growing your market
- Sourcing and managing candidates through the interview process
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Working within a fast-paced, energetic recruitment environment
What they’re looking for:
- Around 1–2 years’ experience within a full 360 recruitment role
- Recruitment experience from any sector considered
- Construction or industrial recruitment backgrounds highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Driven, ambitious and commercially minded personality
- Comfortable with business development and client-facing activity
- Someone motivated by progression and strong earning potential
