Location: Bootle, Liverpool
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

Are you ambitious, commercially minded and ready to build a successful career in recruitment?

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in office, commercial and digital marketing roles. You’ll develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates, grow your own recruitment desk and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates in permanent and temporary roles
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement
  • Developing new business and winning new clients
  • Identifying and attracting high-quality candidates within your specialist markets
  • Providing an excellent service and a positive experience for clients and candidates
  • Working towards individual and team targets

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in recruitment, sales or business development would be an advantage. We also welcome applications from people with relevant experience in digital marketing, office support, commercial roles or other customer-facing environments.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A confident and professional approach
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • The drive to meet targets and develop new business
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
