Recruitment Consultant (180 / 360) | Life Sciences Headhunting | City of London
Ready to work on executive roles from day one?
Mantell Associates is an industry-backed global headhunting firm specialising in the CDMO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences sectors, with our headquarters in the City of London.
We're hiring Recruitment Consultants on 180 and 360 desks to work directly alongside one of our Directors. You'll be headhunting for high-level executive roles from your very first day, with fast-track career progression in a culture built around your growth and success.

What you'll be doing:
- Headhunting top industry talent into senior vacancies across our client base
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle with candidates, and with clients on a 360 desk, from first call to placement
- Building relationships and generating leads every day
- Keeping a close eye on the market and staying curious, so you're first to spot new business
- Representing Mantell in the market, because every conversation builds our brand and network

What you'll bring:
- A proven track record in recruitment, perm or contract
