Recruitment Consultant – Data Centers
Data Center Recruitment Specialists | 360 Recruiter or Delivery Consultant Ready to Step Up
📍 UK / Europe · Hybrid, flexible/remote considered · 💰 Uncapped, transparent commission
Europe’s data center build-out isn’t slowing down and neither are we.
We’re hiring for two roles, and we’ll shape the role around whichever profile is you:
- An experienced 360 recruiter looking for a bigger, better-resourced platform to build on, or
- A DC delivery consultant ready to step up into a full 360 role
Backgrounds in Data Center, Engineering, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas, or Construction recruitment are all welcome.
The Desk
A mix of contingency and retained work, with real scope to grow into more exclusive client relationships as your track record builds. You’ll work alongside our existing team on live mandates from day one, while also building your own business: BD, account management, and end-to-end candidate search, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting.

Two Ways In
Experienced 360 Recruiter
- You’re already running BD, account management, and delivery, ideally in DC or a closely adjacent sector, and you want the platform, clients, and support to grow a bigger patch than you could build alone.
Delivery Consultant Ready to Go 360
- You’ve built your track record on the delivery side, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting DC or engineering candidates and you’re ready for the next step.
What’s Needed
- A proven recruitment background, ideally in data centers, engineering, power/energy, oil & gas, or construction
- Hands-on experience running candidate searches end-to-end
- Enough comfort with the sector’s technical language to hold a credible conversation at every level, from site engineers to C-suite
- Fluent English essential; a second European language is a strong plus for covering projects across Europe

Logistics
