The Opportunity

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build and run your own specialist recruitment desk. Recruitment is a sales-driven, relationship-focused career. You'll work with clients to understand their hiring needs, identify exceptional talent and guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process.

No two days are the same.

You'll be speaking with senior professionals, developing new business, building your network and becoming an expert in your specialist market.

What You'll Be Doing?

You'll learn how to:

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Source and headhunt talented professionals within your specialist market.
  • Conduct qualification and candidate interviews.
  • Manage clients and candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Develop long-term relationships and build your own professional network.
  • Map your market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Become a specialist within a cutting-edge market.

Your Training & Development

We don't expect you to know recruitment before joining us. Our bespoke training academy, Ignition, is a 12-week programme designed to give you the skills, confidence and market knowledge needed to build a successful recruitment career.

Your training combines classroom learning with hands-on experience at your desk, covering everything from:

  • Candidate sourcing and headhunting.
  • Qualification calls and candidate assessment.
  • Business development.
  • Sales and negotiation.
  • Client management.
  • Building your specialist market.

You'll also receive ongoing support from our dedicated Learning & Development team and your manager, who will mentor you from day one and throughout your career.
