I'm looking for an experienced recruiter who might be interested in doing something slightly different.
About TemplePM
TemplePM has been established since 2009. Historically we specialised predominantly in property recruitment, but following Covid we deliberately downsized and have spent the last couple of years developing new sectors and rebuilding the business.
We're now ready to grow again.
Opportunity
I'll be completely upfront, at this stage I can't offer the security of a basic salary.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What I can offer is a very hot recruitment desk, existing clients, live requirements, the TemplePM brand and infrastructure, complete flexibility and 30% of the placement fees you generate.
- Work from home
- Open to 4 or 5 days a week
- No clock-watching
- Complete flexibility
I'm looking for an experienced recruiter who can motivate themselves, manage their own desk, and hit the ground running.
The idea is that you help us grow and, as the business grows, the package grows with it. My intention would be to introduce salaries and a more traditional salary plus commission structure once the desk reaches the right level.
