Recruitment Consultant
Location: Truro
Winners Recruitment is looking for an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow an established client and candidate base across the Industrial and/or Commercial sectors.
You'll inherit a warm desk with immediate revenue potential, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while developing new business across the South West.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of clients and candidates.
- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Source, interview and place high-quality candidates.
- Manage your desk independently using our CRM system.
- Work towards achievable KPIs and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- A proactive, ambitious and commercially minded approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- A positive team player with an outgoing and professional attitude.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting partnerships.
What You'll Receive
- £28,000–£30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
