Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

Milton Keynes

Have recruitment experience and want the autonomy to make a real impact? TXM Healthcare is growing its Healthcare division and is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join an established team recruiting across NHS and private healthcare. You will have the opportunity to develop existing client relationships, grow your own portfolio and increase your earnings through our commission structure.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of a recruitment desk within the secondary care market, supporting clients across NHS and private healthcare. The role combines candidate delivery, account development and new business activity, giving you the autonomy to strengthen existing relationships while building a portfolio of your own.

What you’ll be doing

  • Source, engage and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and provide a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare
  • Use your market knowledge to advise clients and candidates effectively

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with previous recruitment experience who is ready to take greater ownership of a desk. Healthcare recruitment experience would be beneficial, but we also welcome recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills and a track record of working towards targets.
