At Allen & York, we’ve been recruiting with purpose for over 30 years. As specialists in Environmental, Energy, Sustainability & ESG, and Health, Safety & Wellbeing recruitment, we’re growing - and looking for experienced consultants to join our Environment, Sustainability & Energy team.
You’ll work with a wide range of clients - from leading consultancies and innovative SMEs to NGOs and Not-for-Profits - all committed to making a positive impact. Which is what drives us all to succeed.
Having Recruitment and Business Development experience is a non-negotiable (CVs without demonstrable hiring experience will not be considered). You’ll also need excellent communication and negotiation skills for when you’re talking to clients and candidates. A team player, you’ll need to be able to work well with the rest of our friendly bunch of recruitment professionals and enjoy working to exceed your target (and to relish the rewards this brings).
