Who we are
EverHire is one of the fastest growing start-up recruitment businesses in Europe.
- Founded late 2023
- £0 outside investment
- £2.3m turnover and climbing fast
- Operating across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the United States
- Offices in Loughton (Essex) and Stockholm
We've spent the last 12 months building a powerhouse in Sweden. Now we're turning the same energy on the US market and we're hiring the team that's going to take us from £2.3m to £12m+ annually, and open our first US office.
This is a rare moment. You're not joining a machine you're helping build one. The people we hire now are the people who'll run desks, lead teams, and open offices as we scale.
What you'll actually be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll be placing the engineers who build America, the project managers, site engineers, and technical specialists working on highways, infrastructure, water systems, and commercial builds across the United States.
Day-to-day, that means:
- Headhunting senior civil engineers across the US market
- Building relationships with candidates and clients over the phone, proper conversations, not LinkedIn pokes
- Running full recruitment processes end-to-end
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming the go-to specialist in your niche within 12 months
We'll train you from zero. You'll learn everything: the industry, the engineering, the sales craft, the negotiation, the psychology. The floor is loud, the standards are high, and the rewards are real.
Who we're looking for
We don't care where you went to school or what your CV looks like. We care about this:
- You're competitive. You want to be the best on the floor, not just good enough.
- You're resilient. Recruitment is a contact sport. You get knocked down, you come back harder.
- You're articulate. You can hold your own in a conversation with a senior engineer or a hiring director.
- You're coachable. You want to be pushed, challenged, and developed.
- You're in it to win it. Not looking for a "job." Looking to build a career and the life that comes with it.
